About Me

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer experience. I have led large scale programs, supported product launches, and partnered with cross functional teams to bring ideas to market and improve how organizations serve their customers.

Most recently, I serve as a Program Manager at Amazon supporting Prime Video and Amazon Photos. In this role, I lead cross functional initiatives, support new feature and service launches, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights. My work focuses on aligning teams, improving adoption, and delivering better customer experiences at scale.

Prior to Amazon, I led nationwide programs managing complex initiatives across thousands of locations. I worked closely with cross functional stakeholders, built operational frameworks, and delivered large scale programs in fast paced environments. These experiences shaped my approach to leadership, collaboration, and execution.

Over time, I have developed a strong interest in marketing, go to market strategy, and customer focused growth. I enjoy working at the point where strategy meets execution, helping organizations launch initiatives, improve customer experiences, and create meaningful impact. My work is grounded in understanding customer needs, aligning teams, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.

I am particularly drawn to opportunities that combine strategy, creativity, and execution. Whether working in a corporate environment, consulting role, or freelance capacity, I enjoy helping organizations bring ideas to life and deliver measurable outcomes.

Program Manager II, Customer Experience & Launch Execution

Direct 25+ concurrent global product and feature launches across Prime Video and Amazon Photos, including 6 international marketplace expansions

• Lead customer experience strategy and readiness for high visibility launches, including the Alexa+ initiative, ensuring seamless rollout at scale

• Act as Prime Day customer experience lead, overseeing real time performance, executive reporting, and rapid response actions during peak global traffic

• Partner with product, marketing, and operations leadership to define launch strategy, customer messaging, and rollout execution across the product lifecycle
